Supportive Care Services

Our experienced Supportive Care Assistants provide a gentle assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, transportation, errands, meal preparation, laundry, medication reminders and shopping

Our Homemakers provide assistance with the light upkeep of ones living environment. This can include light housekeeping duties, errands, meal preparation, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, wet mop floors, clean bathroom, change bed linens, clean kitchen, washing dishes and transportation. Our Homemaker services do not include assistance with activities of daily living.

Our Companions mainly provide supervision and monitoring of activities of daily living. This service also includes conversing with the client, getting involvement with card or board games, assisting with hobbies, help with letter writing, escort to recreational activities, reading or taking brief walks with the client.

Help Unlimited, Inc's Financial Managers have extensive experience working with clients, case managers, Department of Social Services, Protective Services, CT Fair Housing and Legal Services. Our Financial Managers can assist with a variety of needs including but not limited to budgeting, paying bills, balance checkbooks, organize paperwork, assist with credit problems, insurance issues, senior housing applications and re-determinations.
