Denise began her career as a nurse, where she discovered her true calling—helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home. Guided by a deep commitment to supporting older adults and their families, she founded Help Unlimited, Inc. in 1980.
As Administrator, Denise has dedicated more than four decades to providing compassionate, value-based non-medical home care services throughout the greater Waterbury area and surrounding communities. Her leadership is rooted in building trusted relationships, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful partnerships that enhance the quality of care for every client.
Today, Denise continues to lead Help Unlimited, Inc. with the same passion and integrity that inspired its founding—ensuring each client receives respectful, reliable, and personalized support in the comfort of their own home.
For more than 25 years, Diane has been a vital part of Help Unlimited, Inc., dedicated to ensuring every client and caregiver receives the support they need to thrive. As Office Manager, she oversees daily operations, coordinates efforts across each department, and manages scheduling to ensure clients and caregivers are thoughtfully matched. Diane personally meets with each client and caregiver to ensure care plans and expectations align for the best possible experience.
She also takes great pride in building lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and community organizations—strengthening the trusted connections that make Help Unlimited, Inc. a valued partner in local senior care. Diane is an active member of the Home Care Association of America – Connecticut Chapter and Watertown Oakville Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating her ongoing dedication to supporting seniors, empowering caregivers, and fostering strong community partnerships.
Kathy has been an integral part of Help Unlimited, Inc. for over 20 years, bringing extensive experience from the home care field. In her role, she supports clients by helping manage daily living tasks, household organization, and paperwork, all with a firm yet compassionate approach that restores peace of mind and balance to their lives.
Kathy’s dedication to personalized in-home support ensures clients receive practical, hands-on assistance that allows them to continue living independently and comfortably. Brittany has been with Help Unlimited, Inc. for over 8 years and manages our Medical Alert Services program, working closely with clients, their families, and care managers to ensure seamless, compassionate support. She also oversees billing, operations, and IT systems, maintaining smooth and efficient office processes. Brittany’s innovative approach and leadership in modernizing systems have strengthened the team’s ability to provide reliable, value-based non-medical home care services throughout the greater Waterbury area.
Brittany holds a Master of Business Administration from Post University and continually pursues professional growth to better serve seniors and their families. She is currently a member of the Home Care Association of America – Connecticut Chapter and the Watertown Oakville Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her commitment to advocacy, community partnerships, and excellence in senior care.
Emelis has been with Help Unlimited, Inc. for over 5 years, joining our office team about two years ago after many years as a compassionate caregiver. She now supports our Medical Alert Services Program Manager with daily check-ins, installation / service call schedules, and general office support.
Bilingual, dependable, and always eager to learn, Emelis brings firsthand knowledge of home care services and a deep understanding of the needs of seniors and their families.
